Bolt matching: Must use the same standard and pitch (e.g., JIS B 1189 flange bolts).
Anti‑loosening support: For severe vibration, use nylon insert lock nuts, all‑metal lock nuts, or thread adhesive.
Torque control: Fine‑pitch threads have larger contact area; torque should be slightly higher than coarse pitch of the same size to avoid thread stripping.
Material matching: Steel nut with steel bolt; stainless steel with stainless steel to prevent galvanic corrosion.
