UNI 5587 Grade 10 high-strength hexagonal nuts are manufactured from high-quality carbon/alloy steel with standardized heat treatment. The core mechanical parameters include: minimum tensile strength of 1000 MPa, guaranteed proof stress of 900 MPa, and Rockwell hardness ranging from HRC 26-36. The nuts feature stable yield strength, excellent fatigue resistance and structural rigidity. Compared with common grade 8 nuts, grade 10 products provide higher bearing capacity and stronger deformation resistance under dynamic load.
