Material & Strength: Made of medium carbon alloy steel such as 42CrMo/40Cr, quenched and tempered; Performance Grade 10, Tensile Strength ≥1000MPa, Yield Strength ≥900MPa, Hardness HRC 28–36.
Structural Design: Large hexagonal across flats, thicker and with a larger bearing surface than standard nuts, suitable for large diameter bolts (M16–M56).
Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), zinc coating thickness 40–85μm, neutral salt spray ≥500 hours, up to 1000 h without red rust for offshore models.
Thread Precision: Grade 6H, ensuring smooth engagement with Grade 10.9 bolts, preventing galling and allowing repeated assembly/disassembly.
Marking: Grade 10 and manufacturer's logo marked on the end face for easy on-site identification and quality traceability.
