- c. Corrosive Environment Protection: After surface treatments such as hot-dip galvanization and PTFE it resists corrosion from marine salt fog, chemical media (e.g., hydrogen sulfide), industrial atmosphere, etc., extending the service life of equipment;

a.Material and Process Advantages:
·Base material includes medium carbon steel and alloy steel, which undergoes heat treatment to achieve a dense grain structure, balancing high strength and toughness;
Hardness range (HRC24-35, and HRC35 max for over 1 1/2), with an ultimate tensile strength of 1210MPa, far exceeding that of ordinary carbon steel nuts; ·
Supports hot and cold forging processing, and a full range of size specifications (from 1/4 inch to 2.5 inches).
b.Performance and Design:
·Strong adaptability to extreme environments. It can operate stably under low temperatures of -29℃ and high temperatures of 593℃, and ultra- pressures (≥10MPa), with no risk of plastic deformation or fracture; ·
High connection reliability. The heavy-duty hexagonal structure design increases the bearing area, and the pressure is evenly distributed during tightening, which can achieve anti-loosening and self-locking effect when used with A193 B7 bolts;
Complies with ASTM A194 standard; ·
Good compatibility with processing. Can be adapted to different equipment needs through conventional processes such as, cutting, and surface treatment, and can be installed and removed without special tools.
c.Core Differences with Ordinary Nuts:
·Compared with conventional carbon steel nuts, the strength is increased by more than 30%, the temperature range is expanded by more than 200℃, and it has anti-corrosion and anti-fatigue properties, suitable for critical load-bearing scenarios; ·
Compared with 2HM grade (the same series of high-end models), There is no need for 100% hardness inspection (only spot checks), and the cost is more advantageous, meeting the cost-effective needs of non-extreme harsh environments.
