Standard Definition DIN125:1990 specifies normal-series, Grade C round flat washers with 100 HV hardness class, compatible with metric hex bolts, screws and nuts of product grade C (property class ≤6.8). Nominal thread sizes range from M1.6 to M64.

Application Fields
DIN 125 plain flat washers (Form A / Form B) serve for load distribution, surface protection and uniform clamping. Widely matched with DIN931, DIN933 bolts and DIN934 nuts.
Usage Precautions
Match with Grade C fasteners only (property class ≤6.8 bolts, ≤6 nuts). Not for high-strength 8.8/10.9 bolts.
Single washer per fastening position; avoid stacking multiple washers.
Not suitable for ultra-soft substrates without reinforcement.
Check flatness before assembly; discard deformed, cracked or rusted washers.
For outdoor/humid environments, select zinc-plated or hot-dip galvanized surface treatment
