1. Torque Test: Tighten to the specified torque, measure the locking torque and loosening torque to verify the anti-loosening capability of the nylon ring;

2. Mechanical Strength Test: Conduct tensile and holding load tests to check the strength of the nut body and prevent breakage;

3. Thread Go/No-Go Gauge Inspection: Use corresponding thread go/no-go gauges to inspect thread accuracy;

4. Heat Aging Test: Re-measure the locking torque after high-temperature placement to evaluate the heat aging resistance of the nylon;

5. Salt Spray Test: Inspect the corrosion resistance of the plating;

6. Visual Inspection: Check for cracks, burrs, and damage to the nylon ring.

Use external threads that match the specifications and precision. Damaged threads will significantly reduce the anti-loosening effect. When tightening, control the torque and do not exceed the recommended force to avoid nut cracking or nylon ring compression damage.

Nylon components have limited heat resistance; continuous operating temperature generally should not exceed 120°C, and they are prohibited for use in high-temperature conditions.

Avoid using them in strong solvent, strong acid, or strong alkaline environments to prevent nylon corrosion. The number of disassembly and reassembly cycles should not be excessive. After multiple uses, nylon elasticity decreases, leading to reduced anti-loosening performance; it is recommended to replace with new components for critical connections. Clean thread oil, iron filings, and other foreign matter before assembly, as they can affect the clamping torque.
