ASTM A563 GR.C is a mainstream heavy hexagonal nut in the American standard. Manufactured using high-quality carbon steel through tempering process, it features greater thickness, wider pressure-bearing area, and higher structural strength compared to ordinary standard nuts.

It exhibits excellent overall load-bearing performance and anti-deformation capability. This nut model has stable mechanical properties with hardness suitable for engineering heavy-load requirements. It can be used in conjunction with American standard high-strength bolts such as A325 and A490.

It supports various surface treatments including blackening, hot-dip galvanizing, and Dacromet, effectively enhancing rust resistance and wear resistance. It is a general-purpose standard heavy-load fastener commonly used in North American steel structure engineering.

Widely used in various heavy-duty, seismic, and vibration-resistant working conditions. The core application areas include steel structure buildings, bridge engineering, factory beams and columns, power transmission towers, engineering machinery, mining equipment, petrochemical support structures, and large equipment bases. Use American standard bolts strictly matching the corresponding specifications and grades; non-standard accessories must not be mixed. During installation, follow standard torque tightening to avoid over-tightening leading to stripped threads, damaged teeth, or loosening due to insufficient tightening.

Before assembly, check that threads are free of burrs and damage, and ensure no impurities remain. The product is not suitable for strongly acidic, strongly alkaline, or highly corrosive environments. Storage should maintain dryness and ventilation, with rust prevention measures in place to ensure connection stability.
