1. Introduction to the Standard ISO 4033 specifies Hexagon high nuts (style 2) - Product grades A and B.
• Latest version: ISO 4033:2023
• Scope: Metric coarse thread M5–M39; materials include carbon steel and stainless steel.
• Product grades:
◦ Grade A: For threads ≤ M16, high precision.
◦ Grade B: For threads > M16, general industrial use.
• Key feature: Style 2 = high nut, with nominal height ≥ 0.8D (higher than style 1 standard nuts), providing stronger load capacity and anti-loosening performance.
