Stable mechanical properties: Brinell hardness 159-235HB, Rockwell hardness B84-B99, ensuring high strength while having a certain toughness to avoid brittle fracture ·
Extreme working condition adaptability: ·
With a temperature resistance limit of up to 540°C, it still maintains a hardness ≥179 at high temperatures, meeting the needs of long-term high-temperature service; ·
Special anti-hydrogen sulfide corrosion design, suitable for the corrosive medium environment in chemical and petrochemical industries, outperforming the corrosion resistance of ordinary carbon steel nuts. ·
Standardization and compatibility: ·
Strictly following the latest ASTM A94 standard, covering dimensions from 1/4 inch to 2 1/2 inches; ·
