Before installation, confirm the bolt specification, material grade and length match the construction design and load requirements, and check for thread damage, deformation or rust defects.

Steel frames, trusses, prefabricated components. Classes 4.8/8.8 are used for non-seismic joints, and Class 10.9 for high-strength connections.
Usage Precautions
Select the correct anchor bolt grade, length and surface treatment according to actual load, foundation condition and working environment. Hot-dip galvanized bolts are recommended for outdoor, humid and corrosive environments to ensure long-term stability.
Keep the bolt vertical during embedding and installation. Inclined installation will cause uneven stress, reduce anchoring strength and affect the overall structural stability.
For mechanical equipment and long-term vibration occasions, use matched lock washers or locking nuts, and conduct regular inspection and re-tightening to prevent loosening during long-term operation.
