Stud bolts are fasteners threaded at both ends, mainly used for flange connections, pressure vessels and heavy-duty assembly. Our stud bolts adopt DIN thread standards with equivalent ISO supporting specifications, covering a complete range of materials, strength grades and surface treatments to match machinery, automotive, chemical, marine and construction scenarios.

 

 

 

Forming: Bar cutting, thread rolling on both ends; precise control over unthreaded section dimensions. High-strength alloy steel undergoes hot/cold forging pretreatment.

Heat Treatment: Carbon steel grades 5.6, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 are quenched and tempered. Stainless steel receives solution treatment to meet tensile strength requirements.

Quality Inspection: Full thread inspection via go/no-go gauges and visual dimensional testing. Sampling mechanical tests include tensile, hardness, wedge load and impact tests.
