• Full-structure customization: Free design of head (oval, square, special hex, flange, countersunk, custom irregular head), shank (stepped, grooved, drilled, hollow, knurled) and thread (special pitch, partial/ full/ trapezoidal/ acme thread, left-hand thread).

1. Custom Parameter Confirmation: Before ordering, provide detailed technical parameters (drawings, material, strength grade, surface treatment, tolerance requirements) to ensure the bolt matches the actual application scenario.
2. Installation Matching: Non standard bolts are customized for specific mating components; do not mix with other non-matching fasteners to avoid connection failure caused by dimensional mismatch.
3. Torque Control: Use a calibrated torque wrench to tighten according to the designed torque provided by the technical team; avoid over-tightening (bolt breakage/deformation) or under-tightening (loosening).
4. Environmental Adaptation: The surface treatment and material of customized bolts are optimized for specific working environments; do not use them in other unadapted extreme conditions (e.g., do not use ordinary anti-rust bolts in marine high-chloride environments).
